Blue Moon is an evolving concept of birth and death focusing on a portrait of a foetal form encased with six elements which symbolise the maturing development of a female from birth to death and the subsequent knowledge of the Mother figure as manifest to her developing psyche.

Each element is linked to convey ideas on isolation, the body as sexual object, voyeurism, retrospection and self reflection.
